Buena Vista Suites is the sister property of Caribe Royale Orlando, which is located next door. Buena Vista Suites is an all-suite resort featuring 279 spacious 1-bedroom suites. All guests receive a FREE full American breakfast buffet daily and FREE scheduled transportation to Walt Disney Theme Parks and evening transportation to Downtown Disney.

The two-room suites are available with a choice of two queen beds or a king bed in the bedroom, plus a pull-out full-size sofa bed in the living room. Queen suites sleep up to 6 people (maximum of 4 adults 18 and up), while king suites sleep up to 4 (maximum 2 adults 18 & up).

Each spacious suite has a living room with a wet bar area that houses a mini refrigerator, small microwave and coffee maker, making it very handy for families. The bathroom is located between the living room and bedroom, which is a nice feature because it allows people sleeping on the living room sofa to reach the bathroom without walking through the bedroom.

Each suite also includes two televisions, two telephones with data ports and voicemail, hair dryer, safe (for which a small fee is charged), iron and ironing board. All rooms have high-speed Internet access and there is wireless internet access in the lobby and meeting rooms ($6.99/day for either option).

The room rate at Buena Vista Suites includes a FREE full American breakfast buffet served in The Valencia Room each morning! That's hard to beat. In addition, the Vista Bistro offers guests casual dining in an elegant atmosphere. The 60-seat restaurant is decorated in rich colors, with wood floors and shutters and features a menu of classic American cuisine. There is 24-hour room service (I've tried it and the food was excellent). Guests can enjoy additional dining at Caribe Royale Orlando and charge the bill back to their suite at Buena Vista Suites.

There is a standard swimming pool and whirlpool, exercise room and a night-lighted tennis court and basketball court. Guests can use coin operated laundry facilities on property or send clothing out for same-day dry cleaning. The hotel lobby also includes an ATM and a gift shop/convenience store.

Buena Vista Suites offers complimentary scheduled transportation to and from the Walt Disney World theme parks and scheduled evening transportation to Downtown Disney. There is also a free shuttle to the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores.

However, if you need a lot of transportation flexibility (for instance, you have small children with you and/or you want to return to the resort every afternoon for naps), I recommend renting a car. Self-parking at the hotel is free.

Buena Vista Suites is only about a mile and a half from the entrance to Walt Disney World. It's located at the corner of Apopka/Vineland Road (SR 535) and World Center Drive (SR 536), which is a major multi-lane highway that goes right into the Disney theme parks. You can zip back and forth to the parks in just a few minutes.

I have stayed at this hotel and feel Buena Vista Suites offers a lot of space and convenience at very reasonable prices.
