2010 special itineraries as well as standard itineraries went on sale October 14, 2008.

If you are interested in booking a suite, a special itinerary, or a cruise during a popular time period (i.e., Easter break), be aware that these usually sell out very early. You also need to book secret porthole staterooms as early as possible!

Categories 1-3 (suites) for sailings in 2010 require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, but the deposit can be transferred to a different date if your plans change. For Categories 4-12, the deposit is fully refundable until full payment is due.

Disney Wonder

For most of 2010, the Disney Wonder will follow its standard 3-night and 4-night itineraries. From May 30 through August 17, the Disney Wonder will offer special itineraries in addition to its standard 4-night sailings (no 3-night sailings during that period).

Disney Magic

For most of 2010, the Disney Magic will follow its standard 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries. From April 10 through October 2, the Disney Magic will offer special itineraries in Europe. There will also be special 10-night and 11-night holiday sailings.

The Magic will cruise to Northern Europe and the Mediterranean in Summer 2010. You can see all the itineraries below.

12-Night Northern European Capitals Cruise

Depart and arrive from the seaside village of Dover. In between, travel to Oslo and Copenhagen, followed by the Baltic Sea ports of Warnemünde (Berlin), St. Petersburg, Helsinki or Tallinn, and Stockholm. Each port is sure to be memorable.

10-Night Mediterranean Cruise in Europe

Travel through time and surround yourself in the ageless charms of the sun-kissed Mediterranean as you rendezvous with captivating locales such as Barcelona, Rome, Marseilles and the French Riviera.

7-Night Barcelona to Dover

Weigh anchor in Barcelona and sail on the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, stopping to explore the exotic ports of Gibraltar, Cadiz and Lisbon. After two enchanting days at sea, arrive in merry ol' England, greeted by the majestic White Cliffs of Dover.

8-Night Dover to Barcelona

From Dover, sail across the English Channel to Cherbourg and then journey south, on the Atlantic for a day toward the Mediterranean. Stop off at Vigo, Lisbon, Cadiz, Gibraltar, and after another enjoyable day at sea, arrive at lively Barcelona.

14-Night Transatlantic Cruise - Eastbound

Depart on a majestic journey across the Atlantic reminiscent of the golden era of cruising and make waves at exotic ports in the Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Barcelona and Disney's own Castaway Cay.

Disney Wonder Special Itineraries

The Disney Wonder will offer two special itineraries in 2010: 5-night "double dip" cruises with two stops on Castaway Cay, and 5-night cruises that stop at Key West. You can see dates and itineraries below.

2010 Themed Cruises

Disney Vacation Club Cruise

Members of Disney Vacation Club can enjoy a special 4-night members-only cruise on September 12-16, 2010. This cruise will include two stops at Castaway Cay, special guests, shows and activities, surprise gifts and more. To book with points or cash, call DVC Member Services. The cruise goes on sale November 7, 2009 at 9:00 am EST.

Other themed cruises have not yet been announced for 2010. However, some of the themed cruises that have been offered in the past include:

• Disney Vacation Club member cruise in late September
• Halloween-themed cruises for the sailings that include October 31
• pin-trading cruise in mid-November
• holiday-themed cruises for the entire month of December on both ships

Castaway Cay Upgrades

In preparation for the launch of Disney's new, larger ships (Dream in 2011 and Fantasy in 2012), Castaway Cay will be expanded and upgraded, with the work expected to be complete by Summer 2010. That means anyone sailing to Castaway Cay in the from about June-December 2010 will benefit from the expanded facilities, without the larger crowds! For details, click here.
