Enterprise is primarily focused on providing temporary cars for people whose own cars are being repaired. It has a secondary focus on low-end leisure rentals.

I've ended up with some absolutely filthy cars when renting from Enterprise in the past. I'll never forget the gum on the passenger seat, or the 12-inch-diameter mystery stain on the driver's seat on a different rental. However, maybe I was just unlucky.

Locations Near Disney World and Disneyland

Enterprise is located on airport property in Orlando. You can just walk right out to the garage to pick up your car.

Enterprise has a location at Marriott World Center near Walt Disney World.

Enterprise Plus and Emerald Club

Enterprise has a frequent-renter program called Enterprise Plus. With this program you pre-register your credit card number and driver's license number, which can speed your check-in at the airport.

If you are a member of National Rental Car's Emerald Club, you can use your Emerald Club membership at Enterprise (because Enterprise owns National), though you won't be able to choose your car as you do at National.

Discounts, Codes and Coupons

• Get a free upgrade at most airport locations when you book online at Enterprise.com. Valid on advance reservations made for an Economy through Standard size vehicle at standard daily or weekly rates at participating North American airport locations. Offer is not valid at neighborhood locations. Rental must end on or before 5/31/10. The upgraded car class will not appear on your reservation, but will be applied upon arrival if there’s an available car in the next higher class. Offer cannot be combined with other coupons, offers or discounted rates. Other restrictions, including holiday and blackout dates, may apply.

• The 2010 Entertainment Book offers many coupons for Enterprise, including 10% off standard daily rates, 10% off weekly rates and one free weekend day (on a 3-day fullsize or smaller rental). Enterprise coupons in the 2010 Entertainment Books expire 6/30/11. See your book for coupon codes and the necessary paper coupons.

• There are two good Enterprise discount codes for readers of Car and Driver magazine (meaning anyone): discount code XVC1006, for the best discount offered by Enterprise; and discount code XVC1034 for the best discount offered by Enterprise and an all inclusive program including LDW and underage fee. • Look in your local Sunday newspaper - Enterprise coupons sometimes are attached to the weekly TV listing included in Sunday papers. I have seen this in several cities around the country.
