San Diego Zoo - Regular Gate Prices

Regular admission is $24.50 for adults and $16.50 for kids (3-11). Regular admission tickets are only available at the gates. Generally no discounts apply to this form of admission.

Best Value Ticket (aka Deluxe Admission) is $34 for adults and $24 for kids (3-11) and includes admission, guided bus tour and Skyfari aerial tram ride. Most discounts apply only to the Best Value/Deluxe Admission tickets.

2-Day Best Value Ticket is $40 for adults and $30 for kids (3-11).

2-Park Ticket is $60 for adults and $43 for kids (3-11) and includes admission to the San Diego Zoo and San Diego Wild Animal Park.

Zoological Society of San Diego dual membership (2 adults in same household) is $89 for Southern California residents (zip codes 90000-92999), $109 for others. Includes unlimited admission to the San Diego Zoo and the Wild Animal Park for one full year, 2 free guest passes, and many other benefits. If you plan to visit both the Zoo and the Wild Animal Park and you have 2 people or more, this is a great deal. Plus, it's fully tax-deductible! Single adult and child memberships are also available.

Zoological Society of San Diego Diamond membership is $129. Includes unlimited admission for two adults to the San Diego Zoo and the Wild Animal Park for one full year, 2 free guest passes for each park, free parking at the Wild Animal Park, and many other benefits. If you plan to visit both the Zoo and the Wild Animal Park and you have a family of 4, this is an excellent deal, since you can get standard admission to both parks for 4 people with this membership. FREE admission for Wildfire First Responders - Qualified firefighters and other emergency response workers may present current photo identification and credentials demonstrating proof of employment at the guest relations booths for the San Diego Zoo. FREE admission on first Monday of October - In honor of Founders Day (the Zoo was founded on October 6, 1916) everyone coming to the San Diego Zoo on the first Monday of October gets FREE admission. This is an annual event. Be prepared for huge crowds.

October is Kid's Free Days - Children receive free admission to the Zoo during the month of October (must be accompanied by an adult).
