How can I contact Disney with a comment or complaint?

I don't work for Disney, so don't send your complaints to me -- it's just a waste of your time (and mine). You can make your feelings known to Disney through online forms:

How can I support your site?

Next time you're shopping for anything Disney online, please consider clicking through from a link on MouseSavers.com (there's a shopping mall on the site). Some of the shopping links are "referral links." When you click on one and buy something, I get a very small commission from the linked site for referring you. That's how I keep my site going financially.

If you'd like to make a donation to support the site, simply click on the button below to start:

When you visit MouseSavers.com, are some links not showing up in the text? Are words missing from sentences?

The reason is that something is blocking a link that would normally appear as a highlighted word or phrase. That's bad for you because you're not seeing my site the way I designed it. Also, it may be hard to read the text, because words will be missing. Most importantly, you're missing out on some great deals, because you can't click on them.

It's also bad for the future of MouseSavers.com. Most of the time, the blocked links are "referral links." When you click on one and buy something, I get a very small commission from the linked site for referring you. That's how I keep my site going financially.

This problem with blocked links is not specific to my site, by the way. If you have the problem on this site, you'll have the same problem on many sites.

Here are some solutions:

1. Usually the problem is caused by pop-up blockers and/or banner blockers. Even though I have NO pop-up ads or banners on this site, this kind of software sometimes also blocks referral links.

To see my site properly, you'll probably have to turn off the ad blocking. Some software has an "allow" or "trusted site" list, and you can add MouseSavers.com to that. (You may also have to add linksynergy.com and qksrv.net to the list. These are the two main referral link providers.)

Think you don't have a pop-up or ad blocker on your computer? You might be very surprised! The biggest offenders are:

  • Norton Firewall and Norton Internet Utilities. These two products have ad blocking features that are turned on by default. In fact, Norton may even block certain WORDS like "promotion" or "free" -- obviously a problem here on MouseSavers.

  • Some ISPs like EarthLink and AOL offer ad blockers as standard options. You'll have to poke around and figure out how to turn off the blocker. (With AOL, often the problem will go away if you use Internet Explorer instead of the AOL browser.)

  • Google Toolbar and certain Netscape plug-ins have ad blockers, which you can turn off or delete.

2. "Scumware" and "spyware" programs can actually overwrite links on the sites you visit. You may be totally unaware that these programs are being installed on your computer. They hitch a ride when you visit certain sites, or they misrepresent themselves as "fun" programs to download. It is a smart idea to install a free program called AdAware on your computer and run it occasionally to get rid of these programs.

Are these deals for real? Where do you get them?

Yes, the deals are for real. Check out the Testimonials page to read just a few of the thousands of emails I've received from real people who have saved real money!

MouseSavers.com has also been mentioned as a major source of Disney discounts in many publications, including New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Consumer Reports, USA Today, FamilyFun magazine, Southern Living magazine, Orlando Sentinel, Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World and PassPorter Guide to Walt Disney World. You can see a full list of press and guidebook mentions here.

The Walt Disney World resort codes come from legitimate published sources such as Disney newspaper advertisements, faxes sent to travel agents by Disney, Disney web sites, etc.

Preferred hotel deals at Walt Disney World are a result of direct negotiations I've conducted with the hotels.

Many of the merchandise deals on MouseSavers are exclusive offers I have negotiated with the merchant, and are not available anywhere else.

Why don't you offer information for Tokyo Disneyland, Disneyland Paris (Euro Disney) or Hong Kong Disneyland?

Actually, I do have that information here on MouseSavers.com. You probably just overlooked the link titled "Other Disney Vacations." Check it out!

I have a disability or health issue and may need special accommodations. How can I get more information?

Here are three great resources for anyone with a disability or special need who plans to visit one of the Disney theme parks:

  1. Teri's Disney Travelers' Disability FAQ - a wonderful FREE resource for those with disabilities (and their friends and family) who are planning a trip to Walt Disney World or Disneyland. Lots of great links to additional information, too.

  2. Disney's official information (in English) for Walt Disney World, Disneyland (California), Disneyland Paris and Tokyo Disney Resort.

  3. PassPorter's Open Mouse for Walt Disney World and the Disney Cruise Line (formerly titled PassPorter's Walt Disney World for Your Special Needs) is very useful for many people planning a vacation at Disney World. Among the special needs it covers are hearing and visual impairments, mobility issues, ADHD, autism, dietary issues such as allergies and vegetarianism, many medical conditions, pregnancy/breast-feeding, size (tall/big) and age (infants and seniors).

Must I live in the US to use the discounts listed on MouseSavers.com?

In general, no. Although I live in the US and gather the information here, almost all of the Disney travel discounts on MouseSavers.com are available to anyone, regardless of nationality. People from around the world visit this site and use the information provided.

The travel agent I recommend, Sue Pisaturo, gladly works with clients around the globe, although she and the agents who work for her speak only English. She has worked with many MouseSavers.com readers from the UK, Canada and Australia, as well as other countries.

Some companies I mention on this site may not ship outside the US, or may not offer special deals outside the US. A few only allow those with a US address to sign up for their programs.

Prices are given in US dollars, unless otherwise noted. Be aware that I use the American format when abbreviating dates: for example, 3/4/06 indicates March 4, 2006.

Does Disney ever offer special discounts for Canadians?

Not recently. When the exchange rate was less favorable for Canadians, Disney occasionally offered "at par" specials on hotel rooms and tickets, for both Walt Disney World and Disneyland. They were not usually available year-round.

When, available, the fastest way to find all current Canadian deals is to use the search box located in the upper left of each page. Search for the word CANADIAN and/or CANADA.

In addition, the following links will take you to specific discounts, when available:

  • Check here for Walt Disney World "room only" discounts for Canadians.

  • Check here for Walt Disney World vacation package discounts for Canadians.

  • Check here for any special offers on Walt Disney World tickets for Canadians.

  • Check here for Disneyland package discounts offered to Canadians.

  • Check here for any special offers on Disneyland tickets for Canadians.

  • Last but not least, check out disneyworld.ca periodically -- sometimes Disney puts special offers on its Canadian web site.
Does Disney ever offer special discounts for visitors from the UK and Ireland?

Yes. Disney sometimes offers special deals for visitors from the UK and Ireland on vacation packages and tickets for Walt Disney World.
