Knott's Berry Farm - Regular Gate Prices

Admission prices are: $52.99 for Regular (ages 3 and up, 48" and taller); $23.99 for Juniors (ages 3 and up, under 48" in shoes); $23.99 for Seniors (62+). No discounts or coupons apply to the seniors' or kids' prices.

Annual Pass (364 days' admission to Knott's Berry Farm) costs $89.99 for Regular (ages 3 and up, 48" and taller); $59.99 for Juniors (ages 3 and up, under 48" in shoes); $59.99 for Seniors (62+).

Toys For Tots

This is an annual event. In 2009, the Toys for Tots drive will be held December 5-20. Admission will be FREE when a toy, valued at $15 or more, is purchased at a Knott's Berry Farm merchandise location. Proof of purchase required.

If you want to avoid the lines at the theme park, you can click here to donate a $15 toy online in advance and receive one e-ticket valid for admission to Knott's December 5 - 20, 2009.

Guests wishing to bring a pre-purchased toy (purchased elsewhere) to donate, valued at $15 or more, will receive a coupon for $15 admission into Knott's.

Annual Canned Food Drive

This is an annual event. In 2009, the Canned Food Drive, benefitting the Orange County Food Bank, was held January 5 - February 1. Every guest bringing a can of food to the park during that time period got in for the kids' price.

Entertainment Book Discounts

All 2010 Entertainment Books contain a coupon for $8 off one-day Regular admission and a coupon for $10 off a Regular Platinum Pass (valid at all Cedar Fair amusement parks and water parks in North America). Both coupons are valid through 12/31/10. Each coupon is good for up to 6 people. (Coupons are listed under Cedar Fair, which operates Knott's Berry Farm.)

The 2010 Orange County, CA edition of the Entertainment Book contains two coupons, both valid through 11/1/10 and each good for up to 6 people:

• Regular admission for $31.99 and Junior or Senior admission for $19.99.

• Regular Annual Pass for $89.99 and Junior or Senior Annual Pass for $59.99.

Annual Military Tribute

This is an annual event. In 2009, past and present US armed forces personnel can get FREE park admission for them and a guest November 1-26 only. Up to six additional tickets can be purchased for only $15 each. Military ID or DD214 must be presented at the ticket window with a photo ID required for discount. MouseSavers.com reader Kimberly F reports this can be used up to once per day during the length of the promotion, so you can get free admission on multiple days!

Annual Fire and Police Tribute

This is an annual event. In 2009, Fire & Police personnel can get FREE park admission for them and a guest November 26 through December 20 only. Up to six additional tickets can be purchased for only $15 each. Fire and law enforcement ID required.

Knott's Berry Farm - Special Events

Halloween Haunt (aka "Knott's Scary Farm") is an annual event. In 2009, starting September 24, it all comes back like your worst nightmare for 28 nights! Halloween Haunt transforms the family-friendly Knott’s Berry Farm into a 160-acre living horror movie filled with 13 chilling mazes, seven hair-raising shows, three horrific scare zones and 1,000 monsters roaming for their next victim. This event is not recommended for children under 13. Click here for more information.

Regular Haunt admission at the gate is $53.99. There are no senior or child prices.

• The cheapest ticket option for most dates is to buy in advance from the Knott's web site. Advance tickets purchased this way range from $31.99-$49.99, depending on the evening you choose. There is a $3.00 per order processing fee.

• If you don't want to buy your tickets in advance, swing by an Orange County Burger King restaurant and pick up a coupon. Use the coupon at the gate and you'll get in for $32.99-$49.99, depending on the evening you choose. Note that tickets for October 17 and 24 can be purchased at the gate for $49.99 with this option (assuming those dates don't sell out in advance), which makes this slightly cheaper for those two dates than purchasing in advance through the Knott's web site, since you'll save the $3.00 per order fee.

• You can purchase through Ticketmaster using code BKING and get a discount on your tickets. Advance tickets purchased this way range from $32.99-$49.99, depending on the evening you choose. There is a $5.75 per ticket convenience fee. Will Call pickup is free, but there is a $2.50 fee if you want to print at home.

"Knotts Merry Farm" is an annual event. For 2009, festivities include “A Charlie Brown Christmas” with seasonal entertainment, spectacular decorations including a 65 foot tall Christmas tree, and a colorful Christmas parade starting Thanksgiving day and running through December 30.

Knott’s 1880s Ghost Town will again be transformed into Knott’s Christmas Crafts Village, inviting guests to explore one-of-a-kind treasures created by more than 100 artisans in a Victorian holiday wonderland of strolling carolers, musical groups, community choirs and lavish holiday decorations.

"A Peanuts Holiday Parade" offers seven elaborately themed floats featuring the Peanuts Gang and accompanied by students from Orange County Song and Dance Company. Children and adults alike will be able to get into the holiday spirit along with CHARLIE BROWN, LUCY, LINUS, SALLY, SCHROEDER and of course SNOOPY, as they ready for the holidays. Join them as they partake in all the holiday festivities, including candy making, tree trimming, and even toy building! “A Peanuts Holiday Parade” will run November 26-29; December 5-6, 12-13, 19-23, 26-30 and January 1-2.

“Snoopy’s Cool Christmas," performed in the 2,100-seat Charles M. Schulz Theatre, is hosted by the famous skating Beagle and features Knott’s ensemble skaters, dazzling sets, colorful costumes and plenty of surprises. “Snoopy’s Cool Christmas” will be presented November 26-29; December 4-5, 11-12, 18-24, 26-30 and January 1-2.

The show and parade are included with regular Park admission and available to Christmas Crafts Village guests for a nominal additional charge.

Live performances of Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” and O’Henry’s “A Gift of the Magi” are offered from Thanksgiving day through Christmas Eve in the Bird Cage Theatre.

Stop by Santa’s Toy Barn for a little one-on-one with the big guy. Here, in Santa’s cozy hideaway, kids can share their wish lists with St. Nick, and Mom and Dad can take home a picture of the occasion (photo requires additional fee).

The world famous Timber Mountain Log Ride has once again been transformed this holiday season, giving guests an up-close and-personal view into the world of Santa’s Elves. Sneak a peak as Santa’s helpers get ready for Santa’s busiest day of the year. Rich with lights, music and the merriest of times, this attraction will remain open until January 2, 2010.
