Notes
Major change for all resort rates in 2010:
- New, higher rates have been added for New Year (Jan 1-2), Marathon weekend (Jan 7-9) and Columbus Day weekend (Oct 8-10).
Ft. Wilderness campsites:
- There are now higher prices on weekends year-round. (Previously there were no weekend rates during Value season.)
Value resorts:
- Weekday prices for standard rooms are the same as 2009 (allowing Disney to keep advertising "Value Resorts from $82 per night"), except for holiday periods.
- There are now higher prices on weekends year-round. (Previously there were no weekend rates during Value season and fall Regular season.)
- Weekend rates generally went up $5 per night.
Moderate resorts:
- Coronado Springs Resort is now $5 per night higher than the other Moderates, year-round.
- Weekday prices for standard rooms are mostly the same as 2009 (allowing Disney to keep advertising "Moderate Resorts from $149 per night"), except for summer season weekday rates (went up $4 per night) and holiday periods.
- There are now higher prices on weekends year-round. (Previously there were no weekend rates during Value season and fall Regular season.)
- Summer season weekend rates went up $9 per night. Weekend rates for all other seasons went up $5 per night.
Deluxe resorts:
- The Value season, Standard View room rates at Animal Kingdom Lodge and Wilderness Lodge stayed the same as 2009 (allowing Disney to keep advertising "Deluxe Resorts from $240 per night"), but prices went up for all other room types and seasons at those two resorts.
- Rates went up across the board at all other Deluxe resorts.
Deluxe Villa resorts:
- Season structure stayed the same as 2009 (no surcharge for most holiday periods) except for the addition of the New Year season for Jan 1-2.
